• Once we receive the package, we will process your request and refund can be done only after checking the items.

Exchange Policy:

We accept an exchange only during the following situations:

• The original package must be retained
• Items must be unused
• If the items are damaged during delivery or if it does not meet the specifications as per the order.

Process :

Your purchased items must be in its original unused condition to be eligible for an

exchange. Items received by the customer to be returned to our dispatch center within 7

3. Once we receive the goods & verify the condition, we’ll send you a Discount Coupon

Code for the value of the item(s).

• This Discount Coupon Code can be utilized against any future purchase from our

website, either immediately or within 30 days from the date of a credit note.

4. NOTE: As per our policies we do not serve CASH REFUNDS for the items purchased &

we allow customers to buy other products in place of unsatisfied returned products

If the Customer still insists on cash refunds please allow us 3 to 4 weeks to process your

refund.

5. Refund Policy

On acceptance of a cancellation request, the refund will be processed within 3 to 4

weeks. The mode of refund will be through NEFT or Payment Gateway. Please note that

a 5% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time

of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the

same account.
